Raymond Neoh was founder & CEO of Global Digital Creation (Holdings) Ltd., Hong Kong and GDC Technology as well as Institute of Digital Media Technology in China (IDMT). Mr. Neoh has over 30 years experience in imaging and digital technology.

Mr. Neoh built GDC into the largest CG production and training institute in China before it was acquired by a leading China government-owned company. GDC also produced the first full CG feature film in China and various TV series. IDMT has to date trained over 3000 digital artists in China.

Mr. Neoh is also the founder of a Hong Kong company Digital Content Development Corporation(DCDC). In February 2008, he set up Alternative Content Distribution Network (ACDN) in Singapore.

In 2006, Mr. Neoh teamed up with gaming industry veterans in the US to set up TQ-Global Holdings to produce console games for the global market. He also founded IDGT for R & D and Professional Training program to train the future leaders of the gaming industry in Asia.
